All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department
Return must include original packaging and accessories for all items returned to BlingStyles.com.
Within 15 days from original invoice date BlingStyles.com will replace merchandise free of charge with the same exact item if the incorrect product was shipped or any item that was damaged in transit. Please note: Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 5 days from RMA date.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. Any items that are not covered by BlingStyles.com Return Policy will be returned at purchases expense.
Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 15 days of the original invoice date, 25% restocking fee will be applied. Merchandise that are used, scratched or altered in anyway is not eligible for a refund. Please note: merchandise must be shipped back to us within 5 days from RMA date.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer must ship all returns prepaid and insured, be sure to retain a receipt in the event package is lost.
